Drooping eyelid (ptosis): is drooping of the upper eyelid in one or both eyes, either congenital or due to aging. It is treated through a surgical procedure by making an incision in the upper eyelid, cutting the skin, and then suturing the area with cosmetic threads. In most cases, there are no scars after 4 to 6 weeks, taking into account some instructions: do not wash the eye with water, try to sleep on your back, and use creams prescribed by the doctor.<\/p>

This involves adjusting the size of the eye opening and tightening the lower eyelids.
